Who you are buying from
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which is the seller of record for every order. Dodo collects your payment details, calculates and collects any tax that applies, and issues the receipt. The artwork and writing are by Seraphina Andromeda.
What you are buying
Everything in the shop is digital. Nothing is posted. Sera is a fictional character and every product is made with generative AI, directed and chosen by a human creator.
Delivery
After payment, Dodo Payments emails you your download links and keeps them in its customer portal, where you can get fresh links whenever you need them. Delivery is automatic and usually takes under a minute. Please don’t share your links.
Your licence
You may keep and use what you buy for your own personal use, on your own devices. You may not resell it, redistribute it, post the files for others to download, or use it to train AI models. Sharing a screenshot with credit to Seraphina Andromeda is fine. For anything commercial, write to the business address first.
Refunds
See the Refund policy.
Your data
See the Privacy page for what is stored about an order and for how long.

For fans
Instagram is where I live, and where I reply. Come and say hello in the comments. I read them, I answer as many as I can, and it’s where the stories, Pabu and this whole community happen. Signed photos and personal replies by email or post aren’t something I can do, so a comment is always the quickest way to reach me.
